Saint Michael Systems Pty Ltd is a software company based in Sydney, New South Wales. We design and operate secure cloud platforms, AI-assisted applications and operational software for Australian organisations.
What we build
We are a small engineering company that takes a narrow set of problems seriously. Our work spans three areas, and every product we ship draws on all three.
Secure cloud software
Cloud-native platforms built on managed infrastructure, with encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access control, and tenant isolation designed in from the first commit rather than retrofitted.
AI-assisted applications
Practical applications of large language models inside real workflows: answering resident and staff questions, summarising communications, and removing repetitive administrative work, always with a clear human fallback.
Operational software
Systems that run day to day operations: bookings, scheduling, onboarding, notifications and record keeping. Software that has to be correct on an ordinary Tuesday, not only in a demonstration.
Our Product
Home Protego
Home Protego is a resident engagement and building operations platform for residential communities. It brings building communications, bookings, resident onboarding and an AI Concierge into a single secure system for residents, building managers and committees.
Home Protego is currently operating in a controlled beta with selected Australian buildings.
Home Protego is developed by Saint Michael Systems Pty Ltd.

We believe the standard for software that handles personal information should be set by how it behaves under pressure, not by how it presents in a sales meeting. That conviction shapes how we design systems, how we choose infrastructure, and how we decide what to ship.
